What are mailkit.net, mkt-synd.com, mkt-ags.com and txnmail.com?
The domain mailkit.net is used exclusively for the infrastructure of Mailkit. Email authentication and bounce processing is done using mkt-synd.com, mkt-ags.com and txnmail.com domains. You may come across mailkit.net, mkt-synd.com and mkt-ags.com in message headers (Message-ID, Return-Path, PTR records, DKIM signature) of emails sent through our platform.
Mailkit IP space
Our internet infrastructure is using the following IP ranges:
- 185.136.200.32/27 - for web services and APIs
- 185.136.201.0/27 - is used by MTAs for transactional messages (txnmail.com)
- 185.136.201.32/27 - is used by MTAs for marketing (bulk) messages of our "Syndicate" customers (mkt-synd.com)
- 185.136.201.64/27 - is used by MTAs for marketing (bulk) messages of our "Agency" customers (mkt-agx.com)
Mailkit's anti-spam and anti-abuse policies
We take privacy and security very seriously. Our onboarding processes are very strict and unlike others we don't have any freemium plans, simple signup, etc. All our customers must pass strict vetting and we have the strictect anti-spam policies in the industry.
All our customers not only have to pass our vetting but they have to stay compliant for the duration of the contract. Following the best practices, consent based marketing and full disclosure of sender identity are a must. Any use of purchased lists, shared lists, unauthorized or abusive content is stricly prohibited. How to file a complaint
If you have received an email from our network that you believe is unsolicited, please reach out to us immediatelly at postmaster@mailkit.com. The more information you can provide us the better - forward the original email or copy & paste the original message headers to help us investigate. We take recipient complaints seriously and we will investigate if the client who sent the message violated our policies and abused our platform.
